This small-batch honey comes straight from our hives in Lake Aluma, harvested during the peak of the 2025 summer bloom. It features natural honeycomb and is some of the sweetest honey we’ve ever produced.

Our honey is untreated, unfiltered, all-natural, and never heated—preserving the full spectrum of nutrients, enzymes, and benefits straight from the hive. No additives, no shortcuts—just raw honey in its purest form.

As beekeepers first and honey harvesters second, we only collect the bare minimum from our bees to ensure the health and sustainability of each hive. That means what we have available is limited—and truly special.
